Is the Haymaker area of Monroeville still a good place to live? I've noticed that houses are continuously up for sale on a daily basis.

Intermittent listing seems like a really bad way to sell a house.

Its a good area as is most of Monroeville. There are also a lot of houses there so you will see some continuously up for sale.

Most houses there fairly priced have sold quick for pretty good prices this year, many with multiple offers. Others are overpriced and stubborn and you will see them sit awhile. Same as any decent area, its not disproportionate.
