Does anyone know why this houseboat is here, or how it got there for that matter? It has a giant Dick's Sporting Goods banner tied to the side of it, and it has been there ever since I moved here. It looks like someone is living in it. Is it legal to just set up camp along the river downtown? Just curious if anyone has any information on this...

We were told on a Gateway Clipper cruise that it's there to serve food to boaters during the summer. There's no way anyone could live in that during the colder months.
