I've had them, albeit over a year ago, and they were not as good as the oysters I've had at Penn Avenue Fish Company. The Strip District has a second room now that they use as an oyster bar. A good friend is taking me "anywhere (I) want to go" for dinner for my birthday, and I think it's going to be PAFCO for oysters.

Can you buy fresh oysters to shuck yourself? Maybe Pittsburgh would only have Wholly's for that if they even have them? Probably hard to get fresh stuff here, but maybe?

Whole Foods and Market District usually have Wellfleet Oysters for $1.

Wholefoods in Wexford has raw oysters from time to time. $1/ea raw and $1.25/ea shucked.
