How much does it cost to take someone to the magistrate?

I've got a dispute with another tenant at my building complex. They've damaged my property. I replaced the damaged property at my own expense but the behavior continues. Complaints to the property manager have not been successful.

While not being specific .... you will possible pay out your behind and basically get no resolve...MY humble opinion take police action or work out personally.. Magistrate even if works in your favor wont do any justice.. Having said that every case is different.

Keep it local with the magistrate. We had to take a asphalt guy to the magistrate after he left with out deposit. It took almost a year from when he got the deposit to when he returned all the money.

We got every single penny back.
