This sounds like bad news but it actually good news as it was becoming obvious this developer was not capable of pulling it off. The good news is that Beemstoer got the land ready for development for the next prospective developer who most likely will have what it takes to get it done.

Yes, the takeaway I got from the article is that he assembled the parcels. Hm, except for two.
0004-G-00228-0000-00 and 0004-G-00230-0000-00 right at the corner of Vinecliff. I wonder if the owners/investors wanted too much?

Development would be nice but im glad they at least managed to demolish that ugly eyesore of a building.

Yeah he already did us a service. That building was an embarrassment.

And also, if you're up there . . . while there's nothing there (we might have a while) check out the cool view of the Southside from the other side of the Mon incline building.
