According to the article, the developers of the space are from a Columbus company...so, maybe.

I would love to have a (or multiple) Jeni's scoop shop (obviously not in this space) in the area. I don't want to spend $10 at the grocery store on a pint of her ice cream. I'd rather go to the shop and get a scoop or two.

Keep in mind the article that talks about Pgh expansion of Melt is about 15 months old.

As far as I know, they are still actively seeking "the right location" in Pittsburgh. They are represented by ECHO Retail in their search.
