Default Anyone remember Mad Mike's Moldies?

Mad Mike was a local DJ in the sixties. He and Porky Chedwick who played Dusty Discs provided a unique type of music not heard anywhere else.

What station was Mad Mike on? Porky was WAMO. Bob
Livorio played oldies for WKPA in New Ken and was still
playing them in the 1980s. I think Terry Lee spun some
oldies?

I listen to WEDO 810AM with Big Ray and Candy & Mike. Big Ray still spins records! Also WKFB 770AM has Caveman Ralph.

If you're into Mad Mike and Porky, check out the Vipers Soul Club. It's a monthly dance night held at East Liberty's Shadow Lounge focusing on 1960's R&B, obscure and classic soul, Motown, and more. All spun on original 45 RPM records. Vipers Soul Club
