Please refer to that music by it's proper name, "Republican Pop" or possibly "Tea Party Jock Jams".

Country music is pretty much apolitical, folks of all political opinions can enjoy it.

Democratic Senator Robert Byrd performed country numbers several times on the critically acclaimed "Hee Haw" program.

I can't think of anything uglier than Dodgers stadium: no view except for acres of parking lots and a clogged freeway. There's a reason PNC Park is considered the most beautiful stadium in baseball, and most of that reason is location.
Difference being that a hockey or baseball stadium in in constant use 6-7 months out of the year, weekdays and weekends, driving revenue to local businesses during that time and can host other events out of season. A football stadium is in use 8x year, usually only on Sundays and most pre-and-post game festivities comprise beer and food bought in the burbs. Not much help to the businesses around the stadium.

There's a reason Yankee Stadium and Citi Field are still in NYC and the football teams are in a swamp in NJ. Same for Fenway/Bruins/Celts vs. Pats.

And while it's 8 home Stiller games, millions are brought to da 'burgh each game. $$$ to the city can't even be touched by $$$ spent in the burbs during a game. Playoff game $$$ to the city area is gigantic.

He was in the '60s and learned from it. He later was very much in favor of civil rights, so it seemed he learned a lot. It is called growing with age. I think he did great things as a whole and that is more important than focusing on mistakes he may have made in the past. It is interesting how people think everyone in a powerful position could live some perfect life. No one does. If you learn and grow and do better, that is great and you should indeed be remembered for those changes and how well you did. Of course there are always people with their agendas.

That truck may be emitting as much pollution as your Beetle if yours is a diesel. Nobody would've thought that before VW got caught.
