I am wondering what apartment complexes have indoor pools in the Pittsburgh area. I know Brentmoor does, but they have such bad reviews, and I wonder if anybody even uses the pool. I see no other apartment building or complex that has an indoor pool.

Morrow Park City Apartments in the Shadyside/East Liberty/Friendship-Bloomfield area ( boundaries of those neighborhoods appear to have blurred/shifted since our last incarnation here)are supposed to have an indoor/outdoor pool, but I am uncertain as to when they are beginning to lease or are scheduled to do so; perhaps already leasing?

Morrow Park City Apartments are indeed leasing now. I've made deliveries to residents there. It is still under construction, though. If my partner and I were wealthy we'd lease one of the units. The location is superb.

But most people would prefer not to live right on basically a traffic island at Baum and Liberty.

Traffic congestion and noise? Perhaps. You can also walk or bike to numerous business districts (Bloomfield, Shadyside, Garfield, East Liberty, North Oakland) quickly or take any number of buses that run along Liberty, Baum, or Centre to Downtown, Oakland, the Strip, or East Liberty. Many Millennials don't mind a bit of noise in exchange for convenience. You could conceivably live sans car there and use the savings on a vehicle to buoy up your rental budget to get into the building.

If one would need to go sans car to make rental payments they really should rethink their upmarket housing choice

I suppose it depends on where they are working at, as to whether it is practical or not, and whether or not they want to visit friends and relatives in suburbia on any kind of regular basis.

I suspect that most people leasing at Morrow own their own private vehicles.

We're not all barristers, nor can we be.

LOL! I'll check out rentals there. Some apartment complexes have outdoor pools -- really not good for the winter months. :-)
