Hello, My husband and I recently and unexpectedly rescued a Pitbull who is a friendly and an energetic presence to be around. We were dog sitting for an individual and now they are not returning, leaving us with the dog, who has become an integral part of our family in the months we have had him. We are willing to get renters Insurance, as we currently have it with our current residence, I will renew it with our insurance policy to whatever requirements you feel is required. We are responsible owners, who never allows him off of a leash and takes him out frequently.

I know that it is a liability to rent to individuals with "dangerous breeds", but Pitbulls are less violent than many smaller, more "acceptable" breeds. We are looking for homes or apartments near the Pittsburgh International Airport, preferably in Beaver County towards Hopewell. We need two or more bedrooms. We do have a budget, which can be discussed. Please message me on here for serious inquiries. We are responsible renters, and can be long term. We are leaving our apartment that we have lived in for over six years.

Thank you,

Danielle S.

Hey, we rented from John Costello for years and we had two large dogs. He was one of the only landlords I thought was a responsible/reliable guy. He used to be known as an animal friendly landlord and I have recommended him to people who ended up renting from him with positive feedback. But he is located within the city limits. Hope putting the link here is OK:

There are several mobile home communities in the Hopewell/Findlay/North Fayette area that might meet your needs out on Route 30.
