venue with hardwood dance floor I could rent (Carnegie, Edgewood: wood floors, to rent)

Hi, I am looking to rent a dance studio or any type of room that has wooden floors good for dancing.
We - one of the dance communities in Pgh - have an out of town guest instructor and participants. This guy will teach here 2 days of dance workshops and we need to find a room for the evening of sept 17th to dance socially (from 9pm-1am). The workshops are during the day. So the requirements would be

-able to hold up to 90 people
-allow us to bring our own refreshments (simple foods and fruits plus non alcoholic beverages) and possibly be ok if people bring their own bottles.

Dance studios I know are expensive. I need to think outside the box. Any idea or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

There is a place on chestnut Street in the north side it is St the end of lovit? Way. It is a church hall. I was there for a wedding last year. Bigger, wood floors, and I don't know the name of it.

Thanks. I looked on google maps. AT intersection of chestnut st with lovitt there is a normal house. Are you sure about the address?

Across the street from Lovett way there is a parking lot it is next to the parking lot it took me forever to find it there is no name or sign or address. I will post the name when I think of it unless somebody else knows the name

The Dance Alloy on Penn Ave in Friendship / Garfield. We had a few parties there for the kids. It has a full sized dance studio with a kitchen and lounge area.
