Every job I have applied for has language right in the application which states misrepresenting facts is grounds for immediate termination.

Exactly...but the race card is in play. As ridiculous as it is, no move will be made until everything is exactly iron clad, now. I expect lawyers are lining up to defend him.

Already been discussed.

Move on...

or people are going to start suspecting that you want to make race the topic of every single thread in the Pittsburgh subforum.

No race card is being played here, outside of a couple of loons who need attention. Fire him already. Perhaps he comes back and sues, in which case the likely outcome is a settlement.

Just the facts. It's been wrote about and certainly brought up before me.

I agree it isn't by the vast majority, but it does annoy me a little the PG had to give one of the loons screaming racism that attention though.

And as ridiculous as it is, it will unfortunately spread.

While this whole thing plays out and to whatever degree of investigation and auditing takes place, I would also like to determine why the $100,000 was spent on a clearly inadequate search firm. That is problematic as well! What was the criteria for selecting this firm? The entire process seems bungled to me. Hard to entrust one's children's education to a system with this type of ineptness at the very top or at the very least at the beginning of this one issue....what else?
