Good grief. It's just a little wood fence. Tear the damn thing out. I could probably do it in half an hour.

Looks like it could be holding a decent amount back if it's not replaced right away, especially if it rains and there's a lot of runoff. The rope job holding it up is helping against that should the fence give way.

The neighbor turned them in for creating a hazerdous condition.

I get the issue that houses are old & lots needs to be done when living in one but it's a ridiculous excuse when the individual doesn't address the problem in 6 months (& who knows how long before that as the article mentions they were asked about it before a formal complaint was lodged).
