I could of course be wrong but I don't think there's a single person on here that doesn't want us to continue improving our environment or using the greenest energy generation and tech when feasible

There isn't. This is an issue because "that Trump" mentioned Pittsburgh and undid what Obama did.

Yeah, I'm fine, if the tech works. But Green Energy is a risky venture.

I loved this statement! It jives well with his "America First" mantra, and I think Pennsylvanians are listening.

Don't assume that everything there is from neighborhood residents. People drive to dump things in places like that. Once there's some debris there it becomes a dumping ground for some contractors on their way home from a job and other people who just don't care.

Seems to have struck a nerve...

What should a president who represents Pittsburgh stand for? | Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

So the PG says Trump is appealing to the "Old Pittsburgh" and not the "New". Fair comment, as Obama visited CMU and other robotics stuff, Trump heads off for Johnstown. Not sure what Johnstown can do. It's not big enough or cosmopolitan enough to attract high tech.

But let's not kid ourselves. China is going after high tech. China already makes computer chips. Even my HD TV was made in China. China finances it's high tech with low tech and manufacturing profits.
