So I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am an experienced nurse whose husband is starting CRNA school in PBGH, PA in August. I have been looking for a nursing job in the operating room and literally only have found three that would work for me. Whats the deal? Is there not a demand for nurses there right now? Any advice as to where to look besides UPMC's website would be extremely helpful!! We are moving from Portland, OR

You are very welcome. I have NO DOUBT you will find a nursing job here. They are chomping at the bit for good nurses in this area.

If you need more info about traveling nursing, let me know. I have a friend who's sister does that. Spends a few days in the Burgh, then travels all over the rest of the week. She loves it.
