Oh... it is not far from Saint Vincent's.
So you can stop in if you go to training camp.

Thank you all for the suggestions, keep them coming. I will be over in a month.

AK,
Try Fat Heads on E Caron St on the South Side, Burgh's in Bridgeville, or Monte Cellos in Cranberry -- I recommend the ranch jalepano.

Yes! Thank you! *smile*
My husband isn't crazy about them either, but I seem to crave them!

Fatheads is excellent in general. I've never actually had the wings there, but their burgers are outstanding, and they have a good beer selection.
I haven't had them in YEARS, but the best wings I've ever had were from a pizza joint called the Red Onion in Bethel Park. They had some kind of a dry seasoning rub, and they were just amazing. But like I said, it's been about ... oh, nine years! ... since I've had them. I should get around to going back to that place.

I hate the breaded kind. And dry rub is usually my favorite.
However, for the longest time, my go to spot was the Squirrel Hill Cafe, for the garlic butter wings (not dry rub).
It has been a long time since I have been there though.

Wings, Suds and Spuds out in Moon Twp. has some great wings. Fat Head's are good. Further up north in Mercer county we have great wings everywhere, the original Quaker Steak and Lube in Sharon, Billy's Black and Gold in Sharon, High St. Pub and Grille in Sharpsville, Jule's Tavern in Greenville, just to name a few.
