For some rain isn't working out very well for them, but so long as it isn't you, I get is. Most can't see beyond their own lives.
Ironically, I do and you don't see beyond our own lives. You don't seem to realize that any weather can be deadly and it's nothing especially unique about our rain or rain at all (skin cancer from sun, glare while driving). The wise, mature viewpoint is to realize that all weather can be deadly and that there is no point in staying in the corner of your room feeling depressed about it all day. As might as well enjoy the things you do like about the weather. You seem to have no difficulty doing this for snow, since you said you want more of it. So it sounds like you've chosen a wise way to enjoy snow despite how dangerous it is but resent that some people have done the same for rain.

North Carolina got 20 to 30 inches of rain from Hurricane Florence and is now going to get tons of ice and snow that they're unprepared for. Maybe our 2 inch rain storms aren't so bad.

I see nothing wrong with discussing other locations. It gives context. You’ve mentioned Florida many times. Does it relate to Pittsburgh any more than North Carolina?

One more post by you on this topic, you will have 50 posts just in this rain topic! 50!!!

The topic was meant to just be a statistical topic showing Pittsburgh was on record pace for rain. Nothing more nothing less. With 50 posts you created something completely different as if Pittsburgh has some wonderful weather this year. We didn't. Sorry, but it was VERY raining and lousy.

Enjoy the holidays. Waiting for you to hit 50 posts on this one topic!

Proudly 50! I wonder who has the second most in this thread!
As far as safety goes, compared to most of the world, our weather is actually wonderful.
