You're right. A robust regulatory framework will determine that. Living in a universe where the laws of conservation of matter apply, the composition of the air and water just might (maybe?) be changed from one side of the fence to the other when used as a throughput in an industrial process.

Enough of this. This thread is completely out of control. Trolling, accusing of trolling (which is also trolling btw!), race baiting, this thread truly has it all. If you guys really do not know how to keep it civil and not break the TOS, hopefully the infractions will help.
