I want to start a non profit with a broad base and I am looking for contact information on how to get it off the ground.

Starting out, it would deal with organized neighborhood cleanups.

Don't want your money, just maybe advice or organizations you might know of that you like.

Being a Board member of several different 501(c)3s, I like all of them. All community based. One has to put up with the occasonal wacko, but that's what keeps life interesting.
As to neighborhood clean-ups: PACleanways (and Allegheny Cleanways) and Boris Weinstein's Citizens' Against Litter.
They can direct you towards getting clean-up supplies (gloves, safety vests and trash bags).

I don't know that much as far as offering resources to help you get started; but once you get up and running, you can put an entry on Great Nonprofits | Discover innovative, effective, and trustworthy nonprofits. which sort of specializes in non-profits in Pittsburgh and San Francisco.
