I didn't vote for him, but I wouldn't say Coghill has done nothing. He did buy a delapidated building on Broadway in Beechview and is in the process of renovating it, and at least attempting to do something about the other blighted buildings on the block. His Chief of Staff is in the Beechview FB group and has been very responsive to the community there, as well.
