are you talking about some seepage into the basement, or is your yard basically a very shallow pond and constantly wet?

yes the ground doesn't drain well as it's a lot of clay composition. doesn't seem to impact my house but the grass roots die as a consequence.

If it is a small amount of water Aireate the yard and skincoat and fill the holes with compost.

Lawns are a horrible burden. Just plant the whole thing with bushes and trees.

Um I was told that it was unallowable to skip straight to a Quadruple Bingo, I think there should be a rep point reduction for this offense.
