Question for everyone:

Does anyone know where this plant is located and if they are actually hiring? Has anyone seen now hiring signs in that area?

Monaca, where 376 goes over the Ohio River.

I have seen jobs advertised for construction and for the plant on Indeed.

Dedicated website just for that plant

If you do construction there are opportunities available.

He says a lot of things...wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be another one of his trademark lies.

He lies no more or less than most presidents. The media just hypes it up more than ever because he is white and attackable more than Obama. He is doing as good of a job as anyone in the past 20 years.

Uhh no....... For a supposed Democrat you love to make excuses for the guy...

On politifact, 25% of Obama's claims are rated mostly false or worse. For Trump, it's 70%.....

Except this has nothing to do with the job he’s doing.

It has been documented otherwise, but in any case, as noted, they are hiring the plant which Shell announced officially in June of 2016, but in reality, prep was being done for years prior.

You do realize that more than 50 percent of the voters in the Pittsburgh metro voted for Trump. It was one of the large us metros over 1 million that the majority of voters broke for Trump.

I’m not a fan of the guy either. But at the end of the day if the best argument against him is that he lies or he’s scum won’t matter. He will win again for another 4 years. People care about the economy. That is all it has ever been about.

Trump hasn’t been good for mfg jobs for Pennsylvanians...no change over the Obama years.
