they do have a right to arrest during an investigation, based on sound judgement, right? or not?
The suspects are minorityís so they canít be proactive and arrest. I am sure they are being watched in a distance but not close enough to get caught or there would be protesters or whatever.

The woman was arrested and charged with, among other things, kidnapping.

And denied bail. They can wait to get the murder charge all wrapped up with a nice bow. Too bad they retired Old Sparkie. I donít normally say this ó but people who kill children are special circumstances.

Finally. Hopefully this case can get closure. Really heartbreaking stuff and heartless.

i am a fan of mysteries, Dateline, crime stories, that sort of thing.

Over time, I honestly have not gotten that there is a hands off approach to apprehending criminals in a minority group. NOt that I've gathered, anyway.

Well what makes me feel that way is those drunk cops in the South Side provoking and fighting the Pagans. All the cops still have their jobs. Now if they were black it would have made international news, cops all fired, protests everywhere and so-on. There is a difference IMHO. The officer in the Brown case was found not guilty, but he of course lost his job for trying to detain people that just came from an attempted murder. I'll never understand that case. If you can't detain people in a car filled with bullets that just came from trying to kill someone with a gun just minutes beforehand, you might as well not even try or care. Cops are now expected to allow criminals to flee without any force used against them? Are you kidding me? All murders can just now run and be free. Good for them.

He lives in a fantasy world, created by Fox News and AM radio, where minorities are underpoliced and coddled by the criminal justice system.

I don't listen to AM radio, but used to way back when 13Q was around. Don't watch Fox either. Do you really feel cops could get away with getting drunk and attacking a black group of people like they did the Pagans? If you really feel that could happen on camera and it wouldn't be a global event on all news sources with protests, all cops fired and so-on, then you are entitled to that opinion. I don't think it could happen, which leads me to believe there is a difference. Do you feel if Antwon was white anyone would even care about that cop shooting at them fleeing after they tried an attempted murder? No one would care at all and people would feel if you try and kill someone and are caught and a cop is trying to detain you, you better stay put or be shot.

Just how I see it these days. Also, I provide my reasons for how I feel. You? No so much. You just like to personally attack anyone who doesn't feel like you do. The difference is I provide why.

The only thing I want to say is that my heart breaks for her mother.

I do not believe the father for a minute, he lied from the beginning, so he has zero credibility.

Also, I am wondering about the article about Sharena Nancy's 'husband'.
It didn't have much substance, but after her husband's remarks, quote:
"I don't know if she did or she didn't, one part of me believes that she can"...
It's a strange circumstance.
Is this woman a citizen?
Why are we not hearing more about her-looking online only brings up the same news articles-nothing new.
