Here’s a quarter acre more or less in Bethel that costs more than that entire acre in Cranberry.

Lol. You found 1 lot that’s going to cost $100k+ after the drip irrigation system and well is built.

Any cheap land with water and sewerage?

You asked for cheap land in Cranberry. I showed you cheap land in Cranberry. I showed you land that costs more by the square foot in Bethel. That’s enough for me. Land up there is cheap compared to closer to the city.

I went on a bike ride down in Bethel this evening and drove by that area, the land on Braun is very pretty.

Lol. That property has been on there for 270 days. They’re dreaming.

I already fulfilled my end of the discussion here, maybe you can check out recent sold properties in Bethel or maybe USC if you want to do some research.

Lol. You found a $100k+ lot after water and sewage is installed and a lot in Bethel Park that won’t ever sell at that price.

You might want to get a job at Heinz Field next time they need someone to move their goalposts. You asked for cheap land in Cranberry, I showed you cheap land in Cranberry.

Pretty hilarious that you consider that cheap, but I do love the attempt at your narrative.

I posted an acre of land for sale for cheap. You didn't ask for land that was cheap after being developed. You asked for cheap land.

Land is cheap up there.

Coincidentally, here is a 25' x 100' lot in Squirrel Hill that requires clearing (add another $8-10K) for just slightly less than that acre of already cleared land in Cranberry.

Location, location, location.

$74k/acre being considered cheap is hilarious.

183 days. Another place that’ll never sell, lol.

Yeah, welcome to 2020. I have a friend in Denver waiting on a decent house in the burbs below $450K.
