At least here you can have a grey morning but it's actually warm and balmy rather than freezing. I happen to like the rainy days and even enjoy some humidity.
Personally, I think it has actually been a gorgeous spring here, with just enough rain to keep everything lush and growing, but also plenty of great days like today.

It has really been nice. I've been walking to work every morning (about ~3 miles) and it's been a real pleasure. The weather is cool, cloudy, and damp and everything is growing like crazy so every day there is some new flowering plant or whatever to look at. This is my favorite season in Pittsburgh, and I'm determined to enjoy the heck out of it before it gets hot and sticky again!

As we cheered the few days of nice sunshine and warm temps, now we will bad mouth the upcoming string of cloudy, damp and cool days. Ahhh, Pittsburgh does make you take notice of those exceptional nice days.

Since you live in Pittsburgh, but your work is located on the west coast, does that mean you get to travel and stay on the west coast often? If so, then it would definitely make handling the excessive amount of grey, cold and rainy days easier.

Ah, yes, but your temperatures will soon go up to levels otherwise only found in the depths of Hades.

In the meantime, we will soon find ourselves in a lovely Pennsylvania June, which will probably be mostly sunny with temps in the high 70s. And all of the rainy cool weather in April and May will have contributed to a lovely growth of grass and flowers and other green vegetation (something found typically only in the manicured gardens of Scottsdale in your neck of the woods). My roses are blossoming already!

Muah ha ha ha!

(You can get your revenge again around February or so...)

P.S. Some of us like cool damp overcast weather.
P.P.S. This was not a slam on Scottsdale and was meant to be a funny post. Please don't freak out and start a 10 page flame war.

Ok, another post meant to be taken in the spirit in which it was intended: to impart information:

Per accuweather.com: average June high is 79 degrees. Pretty close to 80

Per weatherunderground.com: last June had 16 days of above 80 temps, including 11 above 85, with the month's high at 89.
