Best Place to Get a Tattoo in City or South Hills (Pittsburgh: work, friendly)

Does anybody have suggestions as to where the best place/bests artists for tattoo's in the city or in the South Hills area? Especially somebody who does work off of actual photographs as opposed to something done freehand.
I am looking to have my cat's face on my back to go with my 4 dogs that I had done a few years ago in NJ.

For realism/portrait work, the best around here is Danny Dice at Monster Tattoo in Bloomfield. Some of the best portrait work I have ever seen.

That being said, he is a cocky ass and I would never suggest anyone going to him or giving him money.

For a real suggestion - lately I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about Shakey, the owner of Deluxe Tattoo in the North Hills. I've seen a lot of his work & it is great. I haven't seen any of his portrait work, but I've heard it is top notch. And with his friendly demeanor and good skills, he soon be known as the best portrait guy around. I've talked to him about doing some work for me and he is just so easy to get along with.

If you are looking at South Side, I have to recommend Jester's Court over South Side Tattoos. I don't know all the artists there, but can highly recommend Shannon as a great realism/portrait artist. And she is a very sweet girl to boot.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to South Side Tattoos. Or Angry Moon either.

I wouldn't ever go back to Southside Tattoos again. My outline is so thick and the color has never been good. From day 1 the colors have been sub par, Two different artists have tried to correct it and can't. Now I'm in the process of having it lasered off in steps only to have someone do it RIGHT the first time.
