This is a very neat antique store. Very cluttered inside, but treasures galore. The owner actually has a huge stone gargoyle from one of the old skyscrapers downtown, however it's not for sale

Unfortunatley Frienship is not a good area. Most of the house are split into apartments. At one time it was pretty nice.

That is changing as we speak--people have been buying houses in Friendship that were converted into apartments and converting them back to single-family homes.

Even so, why does that make Friendship not a nice area? Those are huge houses for a single family. I want to move over there next year and get a apartment that is split on the first floor so I can have a huge porch to sit on.

But anyways, why does having huge houses turned into apartments make a area not "good"?
