I do not want to see Pittsburgh become a Portland, OR. Have you heard or seen anything concerning the teen drug and homeless problem there?

I mostly just meant that they are already comparable size-wise, if not population-wise. All we need here is their light-rail system, a giant bookstore and a few more independent coffee-shops. Trust me, I don't want to live in Portland and it's reassuring to see that other people here don't want it either.
