Well, at my mall where I work (C-III), last weekend we had a carjacking right in broad daylight....

True, it was ONLY a BB gun, and they DID catch the little bastages who did it, and TRUE ALSO that C-III is, year in and year out, at the top of the list of PGH's safest malls to shop at, but the negative press on the issue only reinforces the mentality that our area is "crime-infested", when the reality is that there are sporadic instances of crime everywhere, and we're STILL in one of the safest cities of this size, anywhere in the nation.

Criminals are really pretty stupid. Saw on the news that a couple of imbeciles stole two monkeys from a small zoo in Washington County and one of them bragged about it on his My Space page, complete with his home address. That's how they caught him.

See these are the types of low budget crimnals that needs to made example of. It's one thing to commit a crime but, to go on a public blogging sites to brag about stealing should face the maxium for being so dumb.

How about the three innocent people caught in the crossfire up in Beltzhoover this evening? One is in grave condition with a bullet in her head, the other two have gunshots to their leg and hand, but both shooters got away unscathed and without being apprehended.

Its a shame you can't even enjoy sitting on a porch anymore without the fear of being shot.

Obviously I did not want you to know what my thoughts were or I would have elaborated on it. I just said you guys are racist and you are...the truth hurts...No matter how you put it, through all these threads, racism!!!! Get over it. We we brought over here by you, now deal with it. We are here to stay just as you are and should be treated equal. Your thought and opinions do not matter to me, I live for myself and not what others think. I see there are a lot of others out here with us.

Obviously, you didn't do too well in school. You (and I don't mean you, because obviously, you are American, and born American, and not a salve) were brought over here by your own people. Yes, indeed. African slaves were sold into slavery by Africans. Not by the white people. Get over yourself, and educate yourself better.

Call me a racist because I know my history? Or is it possible to be a racist against my own race, seeing as I am African American.
