Default starting CCAC Downtown center soon have transportation /parking questions

I will be going to CCAC, downtown center on Stanwix st. The woman that I talked to today told me that parking at th garage is about $14. I did check online and it seems that it is $9.75. So, I am looking for cheaper rates than that. It seems that NorthShore is close enough to park for a rate of $5 all day. Please correct me, if I am wrong.

I live about 70 miles away. However, I am going to be staying in Canonsburg for 10 weeks. This is where my husband stays during the week, as he works at The Meadows racetrack. So, can anyone tell me about buses from that area going to downtown?

I am unsure, as to taking a bus, or finding reasonable parking rates. I will probably have to do both. Two days a week, I have classes, and two days I will have early clinical rotations.(I am not sure which medical facilities, yet)

You may want to consider driving to the park & ride lot at South Hills Village and taking the T into the city. It's cheaper paying for than gas, parking and wear and tear on the car. Station Square also has cheaper all-day parking, and you could take the T from there as well.
