Default Where are the pierogie places?
I am coming up to the 'burgh (my birthplace) in a couple of weeks and i am hankering some pierogies. I know about clares and and a polish tavern in north pittsburgh (Bloomfield maybe?). any other places?

Pitts64 is on a distinguished road
There is a store on rt 19 north in Wexford that sells them and they are good. Also a good idea to check the church sales.
Holy Family in Lawrenceville use to have a sale on them but I'm not sure when.

Nothing could ever beat my moms Cabbage Pierogies though...........

Forgotten Taste in Wexford, it is actually on the southbound side of 19, in the strip mall across from the CVS. Whenever I serve these to friends and family, they become fans.
