Cafe Davio on East Carson St. The sign out front says JP's Cafe but the restaurant has changed to Cafe Davio. It is on like 2400 East Carson almost to Southside Works. Really good food, really large portions, and cheap. Check it out.

Don't know if you need meat/eggs, but I always thought Zenith Tea Room on the South Side was pretty cool, as did my non-vegetarian friends. It is inside an antique store. They serve vegetarian and vegan brunch on Sundays.

Another vote for Pamela's, Jojo's, and Square Cafe in the city. If you're outside the city, Hot Metal Diner on Lebanon Road, and Eggs R Us on Noblestown Rd in Greentree.
