Well, I woud say we have a pretty good mix of socio-economic classes going there... and, unlike South Hills Village, we didn't have an attempted carjacking this last weekend. . . . so, the class of people may not always be the best indicator of safety... C-III attracts people from all over the southern half of Pittsburgh, so you'll get a mix of young & old, black & white, rich & poor...

My point was that maybe you know about the degenerates because you are there as one of them... but that was too subtle.
