Well, not only is Steve and Barrys closing, but just today, Ruby Tuesday is now closed for good. Just in time to screw employees for Christmas.
Wouldn't it be nice if these companies would wait till after the holidays?

Most definitely... the Steve and Barry's was "supposed" to remain, but then they lost even more money so they decided to close it, too... as for the Ruby Tuesday's, the place was a pig-sty, and the mall had alot of complaints about them over their stay there... it is a shame about the people losing work just before the holidays, but hey--- January oughtta' be a pretty good month, what with everyone getting their checks by then, maybe???

Nothing personal but wanted to make sure this fact was true, it's corroborated here along with the rumor about the bus traffic:

Mighty shame if that mall closes. I know it's possible because there was another mall near that area called Greengate Mall, and probably due to competition with Westmorland Mall it was closed. I didn't think they'd do it, but by darned they bulldozed that sucker over.

^ I think they tried to sell it for a long time after it was vacant. Is that the wrong side on Rt. 30 to be on?

Right, so if someone from outside of an area drives through or walks through an area with degenerates in them, and says "Oh my look at the degenerates" them themselves are a degenerate because they noticed.

Not really near the same area...
Greengate Mall was in Hempfield Township Westmoreland County.
Century Three Mall is in West Mifflin Allegheny County.

I remember taking route 119 towards greensburg, then at I think route 30 you could make a left to go to Greengate or a right to go to Westmorland.
Westmorland is still there and kicking tail, was there not too long ago. Greengate is leveled.

That is 100% correct.
But I really don't consider C111 and the old Greengate in the same area; they have got to be at least 25 miles apart (45 to 50 minutes driving).

^ I agree. They aren't even considered close to each other. Very different areas.

A Super Wal Mart strip mall complex is now on the site of Greengate Mall. It is a very busy location. However, the former Eastland Mall in North Versailles was leveled, and still sits vacant.
