Regardless of Carter's character and personality, he's the worst president ever. Remember the 20% mortgage rate and 10% unemployment rate during the peanut farmer's presidency? Some of you probably haven't even been born yet. If you're comparing those two indicators alone, Bush administration did wonder for me. I got hired for my current job and it allowed me to lock my mortgage rate at 4.5% fixed rate. Beat that with a stick.
