Summer Hill is located between I279, Northview Heights, Reserve Township and Ivory Avenue. While you were all debating the merits of Summer Hill, I bought a 2BR 1 BATH house there for $75K with integral garage, large backyard on a dead-end street. Principal Interest, Taxes and insurance $475 a month. People are great, buses nearby, a view to kill for and six minutes from town via I279. Trust me, if I ever move, I'll make a profit.
