I was looking forward to being snowed in, though. Maybe later (and during the work week.)

If not for the windbag weatherman the news could be 15 minutes. If they need to go half an hour use the time for Steelers.

Haha now my bother is pissed cause they canceled his son's basketball tournament due to all the snow forecasted for today, and they rescheduled play for tomorrow afternoon during the start of the Steelers game.. And it's just a drizzle with a few ice pellets here in the south hills !

Hi Cortland. Your located up in Northeast Ohio above Youngstown ? have fun with that snow. The sky has even gotten brighter here, nothing falling at all. - 1:30 just south of Pittsburgh. I'd say so far 1/10 of an inch of snow.

Yep, that's where i am. It's funny what a difference there is if you drive an hour NW of Pittsburgh.

Default U make the Call- Your Prediction-Your the Weather Geek

Ok, seeing how this has become a fun topic and even heated. ( I think somebody on this thread is in the tv news bizz ) Why not start a thread where you give your own prediction. Hmmm How about this.

State where you ae located and give us what you think the weather is going to be :

1) Short term prediction ( for next 24 hours )

2) Longer extended prediction

I just got back from Cleveland. I wish I had taken pictures of the highways. I laughed when I started getting closer to Pittsburgh and could see PAVEMENT. What a world of difference...they'll probably see close to a foot...it was past my ankles just walking in it at 8 A.M.

Just some slush in the eastern suburbs - storm not a big deal until you get north of the city.
