Really? I'm literally 2 miles down the road from Robinson and have to drive home that way. Terrific.
*Looks out window* - Ah, yes here comes the snow...

A few inches of snow on the ground in the western suburbs around Robinson to Oakdale. Looks beautiful out there today. Roads were kept in good shape over the last 24 hours or so as well.

Ready for an extended period of typical Pittsburgh winter weather ? > sleet, freezing rain then just plain rain. it sure is hard to get that 100% snowfall in Pittsburgh as yet another storm approaches the warmer temps return as well.

Soaring into the 50's !
Wow, how things change when you have Pacific air moving in. Funny though how the local weather heads never saw that coming our way. 3:00 and my reading is a down right balmy 53 degrees. Even at noon the local forecast was going with 44. Whats next ? thunderstorms.. ??

I'm kinda glad that all that rain wasn't snow, or worse, ice.

We haven't had any significant snow yet this winter! I was kind of looking forward to it!
