What would a decent health insurance plan for a family cost in Pittsburgh? I am self employed.

Like car or homeowner's insurance, it depends on the coverage you are seeking. You need to call the different companies and get a quote. This can also be done on-line. I have Highmark for a self-employed person - it is not cheap!
