need help, where to find in Blair County (attorney, medical)

I need to find out if there are any civil cases filed against a local physician who was asked to resign from our medical group. Since my DIL had surgery with this doctor, she has had to get two pain shots a week and has other assorted problems that she never had prior to surgery. I went to our local courts and could not find anything. He practiced in Maryland prior to coming here to PA and there was a settlement against him there for almost a million dollars nine years ago. I cannot find anything online or in person. PA does not seem anxious to give out info. Any help out there, or anyone know a good medical malpractice attorney? My DIL is in constant pain, now walks with a pronounced limp and her current physician says that this may go on forever, but is reluctant to say anything direct against the previous doctor as they were in the same practice. Anyone with any advice would be gratefully accepted. Thanks.
