Would you please substantiate that claim?

I provided links. The least you could do is the same.

But Omaha isn't doing well enough for someone who is looking for a city rich in the cultural arts.

That's wonderful! They sound like very bright children!

We had lots of fun. He took me to his favorite restaurant. I could tell he was proud to be able to take his mom on a date. That's a big milestone---to be earning your own money. I thought it was sweet of him to ask me out to dinner. Afterwards, we went for a walk at North Park. The weather was fantastic!

Oh, that would be a hoot!

Who knows, someday we might organize a citydata get-to-gether!

Perhaps a sunny picnic sometime!

She gave you state requirements at 3.0 and clearly said some schools may hold higher standards. Please call North Hills, North Allegheny, and Fox Chapel. They all hold their own "higher than PA requirement" of 4.0.

My very original comment was simply the example that North Hills requires teachers to have a 4.0, which as Hopes pointed out, is higher than normal PA standard law.

it was true then, it's true now, and will still be true tomorrow

A personal friend verified it who works for North Hills

Glad you had a great time! Yes, it is such a thrill to take one's parent out with your first money. I remember how I felt myself.

Before dinner we caught a softball game and my granddaughter (only 2-1/2) wanted to join them...she is a riot!

That would be a hoot--a city-data picnic at Frick!

onetheroad and I don't take it personally when we disagree with each other.

Heck, I've never seen either of us take it personally when we've disagreed with other people either.

We're just on this forum to help people learn about Pittsburgh.

It's fun to talk about a city we know so much about.

And we were only in this thread because you invited us.

You ASKED for a challenge.

Now you're acting like we're treating you like a bad guy.

You know you're right. That's all that matters, boylocke.
