Dick's Sporting Goods is building a huge office building on airport property in Clinton. Other than that there isn't much in Clinton.

I would look at Raccoon, and Independence Townships. They are right there by Clinton. You can spend a lot, or very little money in either township. If you want to be closer to people, Brighton Township, and the town of Beaver are also good choices, but farther North by 10 minutes. All of these places are in Beaver County.

Once you get East of the airport, traffic turns to crap.
