Default Arborist Needed for Tree Removal

Does anyone have a recommendation for an arborist? We have a very large tree on our front sidewalk that needs to be cut down.
Thanks in advance!

I know a good one. Where do you live?

Many independent arborists restrict their work to certain parts of town because it's cost prohibitive otherwise.

We've had a lot of work done by Ackerman Tree Service and always been happy.

He doesn't service that part of town. He focuses on a section of the north hills. Maybe the other recommendations will work out. Check your Pennysaver. Businesses chose specific locations for advertising in the Pennysaver. Any advertisement in your Pennysaver services your area. I believe you can get a better deal from a small business as opposed to the large tree services. Regardless of who you chose, ask for a certificate of insurance before any work is started.

Ackerman has done work for us in Regent Square so presumably would do Edgewood.
