Finding Jicama
Wondering if anyone has seen jicama in the local stores. My mother lives about 45 minutes NW of Pittsburgh and can't find it anywhere. She is willing to make the drive for jicama. Any help appreciated!

You can order like any spice from around the world online. Just type it into google, and there will be about 10 websites that will ship it to you for a small shipping fee.
Anyways, I am sure places in the strip might have it, or that Guinness sisters store out in Monroeville.

I've bought jicama at the Giant Eagle in Greentree, so I'm sure it's around somewhere, especially with the Whole Foods and Market Districts and McGinnis Sisters and such.

I find it shocking you found something at the giant eagle. That is the worst G.E. built in the Pittsburgh area. |

Nothing can be worse than Giant Eagle SHAKESPEARE, in Shadyside, by the East Liberty Busway... 
OP, the Market District Giant Eagle, on Center Avenue, in Shadyside, might have it too...

Yum jicama! I saw some at Whole Foods last week - it was the first time in a while, but I'm not sure when the season is.
