...in your experiences, which parlors rank the highest to you and why?

..have you ever had any unpleasant experiences at any parlors?

I've frequented both Sinners and Saints in Shadyside on Highland Avenue and Inka Dinka Doo on Butler Street in Lawrenceville. I was very pleased with both, but I'll give Inka Dinka Doo the edge of Sinners and Saints. Sinners and Saints has A BUNCH of walk-in's, whereas Inka Dinka Doo, you have to make an appointment at least a MONTH in advance, so that is saying something right there. Their artists are good! Sometimes you may get lucky and get one sooner if there is a cancellation.

Angry Moon, East Carson St., South Side.

Why? Because the piece they did on me is over 10 years old and it still looks brand new.
