McKeesport/Monroeville area?
I've lived around allegheny county all my life, and I have been doing a few new things lately and need help since they shut down alot of places I used to go to. ((btw we live near Monroeville, closer is better))
1. Where can I find good muddin places? We have a chevy blazer, so no cliff please. LOL.
2. Where can I find good work? I have a few charges including retail theft & drugs, so it's hard to find anything other than fast food, and I refuse to do that. I'm 19 with very little prior work exp.
3. Where is a good spot for fishing? For the next week or two, probably a place that I don't need a license to fish at. Been tight on money.
4. Good small shops, like clothing and food. I enjoy checking out new things like that.
5. Any good fairs? County or whatever works, just curious what all is coming up soon.
And last, I'd just like to ask, whats your favorite thing to do in pittsburgh/ around pittsburgh. Why/where/how much does it cost/what do you need.
Thanks buds =]

I wouldn't rule out fast food so quickly. With the bad economy, your lack of work experience, and your prior charges, it will be very difficult to find an employer who will take a chance on you.
My advice is to take whatever job you can get and do your very best at that job. If you hate the job, stick with it for at least six months before you start looking for another one. Don't quit until you have a better job lined up.
As you know it's very hard to find work if you have a bad reputation. Doing well in your job will change that reputation and your next job should be an improvement. Remember that you need to start somewhere and that you won't be in that first job forever. Look at it as the first step up the ladder to your future success.
Good luck!

Thanks bro, I just prefer not to work in fast food around here because of the major drug issues, and completely shutting out your fellow coworkers is not a good idea if you're looking for a good reputation.
Luckily, I found a person looking for painters, I guess it will do for now, but my major issue is that if I work full time I lose my welfare insurance, I think I might even lose it for part time, and I have migraines than need treated with daily meds (I heard it also helps with my heart murmur?), really horrid ADD (not the kind that all doctors talk about kids who don't wana work having, I mean I can get distracted for .2 seconds and zone off for 3 hours) so I need adderall, and really bad depression that ends in fits of some serious rage. Between those 3 things, I'll probably be working just to pay my medical bills. Doctor check-ups and revisting to get re-perscribed for adderall (class b drug, can't do it over the phone), I'll probably be in the hole actually.
Any suggestions?

I guess my only suggestion would be to find someone to hire you under the table (yard work, landscaping, painting, etc.) so you don't have to claim your income.
