Yeah, as of now, I saw the houses in Sewickley that are 300k or less, and they don't look so hot. Plus, they are crammed in next to each other. I think I'd rather pay 250k for a better house 5 miles away and just come in to Sewickley. I don't have kids yet so the school district isn't important yet.

The area near Robinson Towne Centre is pretty nice. Imperial is the one town name I know, I'm not as familiar with that side of the city.
