I commute on Brownsville Road through Carrick and Brentwood. I have noticed that the air on the hill up there must be affecting the minds of the drivers there. The drivers on Brownsville Road have the right of way. The dirvers on the side streets however think they have some golden ticket to allow them to cut out in traffic, regardless of the distance. I realize at some of those intersections that it can be hard to see, but it does not take a rocket scientist to take notice that if you pull up to the intersection and someone does not wave you to go, and they have no intention of stopping, and they are in visibility to the driver on the cross street, that the cross street driver should just pull out. It is not like this only happened once, I see it on a daily basis at multpile intersections to multiple drivers. This may be accepted to people who live there, but I see it as bad driving and poor judgement and one day you may be the cause of an accident.
