I think that the road would get more business if they lowered that toll. In January, when the tolls increased, they should've exempted the western extensions, or at least, left the toll the same for EZ-Pass users.

The Brownsville-Uniontown section is very overpriced considering only a portion of it is open.

There is little traffic because it has no true beginning or end. It will have a lot more traffic if it is ever completed.

The Express E-ZPass lanes at the Jefferson Hills Toll Plaza will be nice when they open to traffic.
