Default Cool Spaces/Buildings in Pgh!

I found this and really enjoyed the tour.

There are several pages showing what people have done with old buildings. Each pic can be enlarged, and most of the businesses have links. Very creative stuff!

I would love to tackle something like this on a small scale!

Thanks for sharing that, Tommygoat!

We have a member who is coming to Pittsburgh to look for affordable housing in an artistic area. I had no idea that Mr. Small's Funhouse in Millvale had residential units for artists until I took the tour of the Cool Spaces site. Granted, he probably won't want to live in Millvale, but it's definitely a more affordable area compared to anywhere else he's considering. Then again, maybe Millvale is becoming a place for musical artists, not other types of artists like he's hoping to live among. But I just had no idea Millvale was becoming trendy. I've heard of Mr. Small's Funhouse, but I've never been there.

There are so many fascinating buildings!

Maybe when you tackle this on a small scale, it could be for your guitar shop!
